Meet the Founder

Meet Irina

I’m Irina Jiltsova, an operations and financial systems professional who helps organizations bring structure to complexity, improve how work gets done, and build systems that support sustainable growth.

My work goes well beyond bookkeeping. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across finance, operations, people, processes, and execution—often stepping into environments where businesses have grown faster than their systems.

I look at organizations as interconnected systems. Financial performance, workflows, accountability, technology, people, and decision-making cannot operate effectively in isolation. When one part of the organization is unclear or inefficient, the impact is felt throughout the business.

My strength is identifying those disconnects, understanding what is working and what is not, and designing practical systems that help organizations operate more effectively.

That may mean redesigning workflows, clarifying roles and accountability, implementing operational controls, improving financial visibility, developing SOPs, introducing better technology, or connecting functions that have historically operated in silos.

I believe good operations should make a business easier to run - not more complicated.
