Still wondering if this is right for you?
I'm not a numbers person. Can I really do my own books?
Yes. The whole point of this package is that the system is set up properly for you first, then you're taught how to run it. You don't need an accounting background, just an hour or two a month.
Do I need to know accounting software already?
No. The training session starts from where you are. If you've never opened QuickBooks, that's fine.
What software will I be using?
QuickBooks Online. If you already have a subscription, we work with it. If not, we get you set up.
How long does the setup take?
Most setups are finished within a week or two, depending on the state of your records and how quickly we can connect your accounts. You'll get a clear timeline on your setup call.
What happens after the 3 months of support?
You keep the system and you keep running it. The whole point is independence, not an ongoing bill. If you want a check-in later, that can be arranged separately.
I'm not in Calgary. Can we still work together?
Yes. Everything is done remotely, so this works for businesses anywhere in Canada.
