I look at organizations as interconnected systems. Financial performance, workflows, accountability, technology, people, and decision-making can't operate effectively in isolation. When one part of the business is unclear or inefficient, the whole thing feels it.
My strength is identifying those disconnects, understanding what's working and what isn't, and designing practical systems that help organizations operate more effectively. That might mean redesigning workflows, clarifying roles and accountability, improving financial visibility, developing SOPs, introducing better technology, or connecting functions that have always worked in silos.
