I'm not a numbers person. Can I really do my own books?

Yes. The whole point is to remove the guesswork. Your system is set up for you, and the training walks you through it step by step, in plain language, so you're never staring at a blank screen wondering what to do.

Do I need to know accounting software already?

No. We set up QuickBooks Online for you and show you exactly how to use the parts you actually need. You learn on your own account, with your own numbers.

What software will I be using?

QuickBooks Online. If you already have it, we review and clean up your existing setup rather than starting from scratch.

How long does the setup take?

Most setups are completed within a couple of weeks, depending on the state of your current records and how quickly we can connect your accounts. You'll get a clear timeline on your setup call.

What happens after the 30 days of support?

By then you'll have a system you can run confidently on your own. If you'd like occasional check-ins later, that can be arranged, but there's no obligation and no long-term dependency built in.

I'm not in Calgary. Can we still work together?
